  • How much is shipping?
    Cost of shipping is $7.00 within the continental United States for all residential shipments. Shipping to businesses is $5.50. All orders will be sent via UPS ground or USPS. Your order will typically take 3-7 days to arrive, depending on your location. The cost for all other forms of shipping (i.e. USPS Priority Mail, Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air, etc.) will depend on the weight of the order and its final destination. PLEASE call or email us of any special shipping instructions and we will contact you of the additional charges that will apply. Most orders will be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving your order, however please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be proccessed and shipped.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do, however additional shipping costs will be added. You will receive an email with the total shipping charges, which you must first reply to before your order is shipped.

  • How long has your business been around?
    The Volleyball Corner, Tri-County Sports Inc., originally opened its first retail store in Lancaster, PA in 1988 and has been there ever since. The Volleyball Corner Online website opened in 1999.

  • What is your return policy?
    Your package can be returned, damage free in the original shipping box, within 30 days only after obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise to obtain the RA#. Packages without a RA#, and returned after the 30 days will be refused. Shipping charges will not be refunded. There are NO returns on closeout/clearance items. Customer are responsible for shipping charges on returns. We are not responsible for return packages lost by the carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return requests after 48 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If the shoes I get don't fit, will I get charged again for shipping?
    No, if you need to exchange the shoes you ordered for another size, we will ship the correct size out to you free of shipping charges. Additional charges will only apply for special shipping method (i.e. 2nd Day, Next Day Air).

  • What are the hours of your retail store?
    We are open Monday thru Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST), and on Sundays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

  • Have you guys ever played volleyball?
    YES, the Volleyball Corner staff frankly loves the sport of volleyball. Our employees have experienced all levels of competition from the gym, to the grass onto the beach. Our credentials range from high school and rec league players to college All-Americans and open level beach players. And with over 25 years of coaching experience (in club, Jr. and Sr. high school and college), our knowledgeable staff would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about products or anything related to the sport.   • Why can't I order Nike products online?
    Due to Nike's policy concerning online ordering, we have discontinued the online ordering ability of Nike products. You can however call us at 1-800-215-5647 to place your order or if you have any questions about this new policy.

  • Is everything I see on your website in stock?
    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the items listed on our website are in stock and will actually be shipped right away. Our inventory is vast and we receive shipments to restock often, however we cannot guarantee up to the minute stock availability. We can however guarantee that all efforts will be made by us to make your purchasing experience with us enjoyable, by keeping you informed of any problems concerning your order and never substituting an item in your order without your knowledge. We'll do our best for you!
